Maca

Maca (Lepidum meyenii Walp.) is also known as Peruvian ginseng or Andean ginseng, being native to the Andes of Peru and Bolivia. It is a member of the Brassicaceae family.

Its root is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and essential amino acids. It is used in phytotherapy for its tonic-adaptogenic action and metabolic support. It helps with physical and mental tiredness.
