Guar seeds are useful for regulating/limiting the absorption of nutrients and facilitating the sense of satiety. Gymnema leaves are involved in carbohydrate and fat metabolism and help control the sense of hunger.

How to use:

2-3 tablets at a time, with plenty of water, at least one hour before the two main meals. We recommend drinking plenty of water during the day.
