Omega 7

Omega 7 fatty acids is a class monounsaturated fatty acids. The two most common types are Omega 7 palmitoleic acid and vaccenic acid. Palmitoleic acid is mainly found in an oil that is derived from sea buckthorn berries and smaller amount is found in macadamia oil. It’s an oil that is rich in beta-carotene, lycopene and vitamin E, which are antioxidant substances.
