Cassia Nomame

Cassia Nomame is a spontaneous plant belonging to the Leguminosae family. Usually annual, it is widespread in tropical areas, especially in Asia and Africa. It is traditionally used in oriental herbal medicine due to its high content of flavonoids, catechins and other substances, which make it useful in low-calorie diets for weight control. It helps to reduce appetite and is effective in inhibiting pancreatic lipases, limiting fat absorption.
