Vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function; Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The product also contains 400 mg per sachet of HydroxyMethylButyrate, derived from the metabolism of the amino acid L-leucine.

How to use:

Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass. Fill with still water (approximately 150 ml) at room temperature. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved and take once or twice per day, as needed.
