Psylliox Activ Fiber Line

The psyllium (Plantago Ovata) seed cuticle contains a high percentage of special mucilages: complex polysaccharides belonging to the category of soluble fibers. The main feature of such mucilages is to swell when in contact with water and expand to 25 times their weight. Therefore, after taking an adequate amount of water, these mucilages swell and numerous are the beneficial actions that psyllium can exert on our body: - promotes the normal volume and normal consistency of the stools and the regularity of the intestinal transit, - has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, - favours nutrient absorption and lipid metabolism.
