Ten Herbs Psyllium

The ‘Le Dieci Erbe Psillio’ dietary supplement, made from psyllium, prune and plant extracts, with a prune flavour. Psyllium, prune, ash, mallow, dandelion and cinnamon help promote regular bowel movements. Psyllium and Mallow contribute to normal stool volume and consistency. Psyllium also has a prebiotic effect. Marshmallow aids bowel movement and has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system. Lemon Balm and Artichoke help eliminate intestinal gas. Dandelion and Artichoke support liver function and the body’s detoxification processes, and also aid digestion, together with Cinnamon and Lemon Balm. In the Le Dieci Erbe Psillio supplement, a plant-based sweetener derived from Stevia leaves has been used.

1 to 3 sachets throughout the day, preferably between meals. Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, fill it with still water (approximately 150 ml) and stir well for a few seconds. The formation of a gel is a characteristic of the product, and its consistency can be adjusted by increasing the amount of water. After taking the product, it is advisable to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not take at the same time as medicines or other supplements.
