Can I return the parcel I have received?
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with the terms and procedures set out in this article, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
How long does it take to receive a refund in the applicable cases?
Before submitting a refund request, please check the circumstances in which a refund is possible (please refer to section 10.1 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which we invite you to read carefully). The time taken to process the refund varies from 14 to 30 days from the date of your request. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us via the Support section and we will immediately check with our administration department to see if the amount you spent has been credited back to your account. We will respond to your enquiry by updating you on the status of your refund and providing more precise details.
 
Before requesting a return, please ensure you meet the following conditions: 
• The product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.
• The product must not have been opened or used under any circumstances.
• Any accessories, user instructions and everything supplied with the order must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of use.
