Bacopa Monnieri

The Bacopa Monnieri plant, otherwise called hyssop of water or brahmi, is a marsh plant native of India, where it has been used for more than 3,000 years. The name brahmi derives from a Hindu deity, the god Brahma, known for his mental calm and creative power. It is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve cognitive functions, such as attention, memory and mental reflexes. Promotes memory and cognitive functions.
