We invest in training and professional growth: In 2024 we provided 1,638 hours of training<\/strong>, equivalent to an average of 14 hours per employee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Healt insurrance<\/strong> provided for by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Food Industry, throught the Fasa Fund, is currently covered by us. We have supported the “Chicchi di Riso” E.T.S. Association<\/strong>, which organises educational and social activities, with three sponsorships to support the development of its activities for children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have also supported the Unione Sportiva Catanzaro 1929 S.r.l. <\/strong>by contributing to the enhancement of sport as a means for social inclusion and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have contributed to the promotion of local sport by supporting the A.S.D. Atletica Savona<\/strong> in an event held on the 15th of May 2024, while the ASD Albissole 1909<\/strong> football club has been supported on two occasions throughout the 2024-2025 sports season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have continued to support the Fondazione Pace e Bene<\/strong>, a charity that helps individuals and groups all over Italy and internationally. The Foundation works to protect and promote environment safeguard, favour people\u2019s development, provide physical, mental, financial, cultural and social wellbeing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have donated products to a great deal of charities, associations and schools, such as the Cresci con Noi Association<\/strong>, the Noi4You Association<\/strong>, the Banco Farmaceutico<\/strong>, the Caritas of Savona<\/strong>, the Parish of Our Lady of the Assumption<\/strong> in Albissola Marina, the Savona nel Cuore Association<\/strong>, the Ades Association<\/strong>, the Istituto Comprensivo delle Albisole<\/strong> and the Mazzini \u2013 Da Vinci<\/strong> high school in Savona. Our donations have contributed to designing and implementing educational, healthcare and social support projects,<\/strong> offering tangible aid to children, families and people in need.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
