Rhodiola

Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea L.) is a succulent perennial plant that belongs to the Crassulaceae family. It is common at high altitudes, so frequently found in the mountains. Although this plant is a native of Siberia and Mongolia, it’s now grown all over the world, wherever the climate allows it. It grows from 20 to 40 centimeters high and blooms from June to August. Its leaves are thick and fleshy, with yellowish inflorescences. Its adaptogenic and regenerative qualities are useful during times of physical and mental fatigue. It helps to balance mood.
