Omega 9

Omega 9 fatty acids is family of unsaturated fatty acids. The most common type is omega 6, which is a vegetarian oleic acid and one of the main components in linseed oil and olive oil. The nutrients found in Olive Oil (which is the foundation of the Mediterranean diet) are important both for the skin and the cardiovascular system. The presence of tocopherols and phenolic contributes its antioxidant traits.
