Omega 6 is a vegetarian fatty acid that belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acids family. They are fatty acids that are essential because the body is unable to synthesize them, so they must be ingested through food.
Omega 6 fatty acids are found mainly in food such as: seed oils (flax, sesame, soybean, sunflower, wheat germ), nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pistachios), legumes (especially chickpeas).
