Ash

Ash (Fraxinus L.) refers to a genus of plants that belongs to the Oleaceae family, which includes about 65 species of trees or shrubs. It’s native to temperate regions of the northern hemisphere. They generally grow rapidly and can survive in harsh environments, for example, in salty, windy climates and high temperature ranges.
The dried extracts of Ash leaves help regulate bowel patterns, joint function, urinary tract function and the drainage of body liquids.
