Red Grapevine

Red Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) is a climbing shrub that belongs to the Vitaceae family, and it’s now present on every continent, except Antarctica. It has a twisted and irregular stem, the leaves are lobed and their edges are serrated and uneven. Its fruit is a berry called grape. It’s called red grapevine because the leaves are harvested in the fall when they start to turn red. Red grapevines enhance microcirculation function (relieve heavy legs), contain antioxidants, and regulate cardiovascular function.
