Omega 3

Omega 3s, particularly EPA and DHA, are essential for the human body as they aid in numerous metabolic processes and provide significant benefits when consumed in sufficient quantities. Fish oil is the main natural source of EPA and DHA. A daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA helps maintain normal levels of triglycerides in the blood. A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to proper cardiac function, while a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to normal brain function and eyesight. Omega 3 can also be found in plant sources such as Linseed Oil.
