Cumin

Cumin (cumin cyminum L.), also known as Roman Coriander, is a herbaceous plant that belongs to the Apiaceae family. It’s a Mediterranean area native that can now be found throughout the American continent.
Cumin’s fruits are used in cuisine (improperly called seeds) as a spice because of their distinctive aroma, especially in North Africa, the Middle East and India (where it is used in curry).
Cumin fruits promote digestive function, keep gastrointestinal motility regular and eliminate gas.
